Included in the full tool

One self-contained offline HTML utility, English instructions, and two synthetic English/Korean/French sample files. Checks blank keys, duplicate keys, blank source/target text, and simple placeholder names and counts such as {player_name} and {0}. Unsupported brace syntax generates warnings and unverified comparisons.

Supported files

One UTF-8 CSV at a time, up to 2 MiB, 5,000 data rows, and 30 columns. Comma, tab, and semicolon separators; quoted and multiline cells. English interface. Tested in desktop Chromium.

Limitations

Structural checks only: no translation-quality, grammar, text-overflow, markup, or game-engine validation. ICU, escaped double braces, and format specifiers require manual review. Printf tokens such as %s and dollar tokens are not checked. Zero errors does not mean all comparisons were verified. Keys are compared exactly, including spaces and case. No corrected translation file is produced.
